Built on experience, not promises

Originally founded in 2017 as Stratum Services, we have always been a group of BIM experts dedicated to providing high-quality solutions for the construction, engineering, and architectural industries.

As we grew, we embraced the benefits of working remotely — allowing our skilled team to collaborate seamlessly across different locations, delivering consistent results for clients across London and the UK.

Now operating as HawkinsBIM, we continue to offer the same trusted services with a modern approach — harnessing remote working to stay agile and responsive to our clients' needs, while maintaining our commitment to technical accuracy and clear communication.

How we got here

2017

Founded as Stratum Services

Started as a small BIM and CAD support team, taking on MEP coordination, Revit modelling and technical drawing work for building services contractors and consultants.

2019 – 2022

Growing project portfolio

Expanded into healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors. Delivered support across major London developments including central London commercial refurbishments, residential schemes and cultural projects.

2023

Rebranded as HawkinsBIM

Rebranded to better reflect the breadth and quality of our BIM and CAD offering. Same team, same standards, clearer identity.

Remote-first, UK-based delivery

Operating as a focused remote team, delivering MEP BIM, Scan to BIM, 3D scanning, technical CAD drafting and coordination support to building services teams across London and the UK.

Remote delivery, real results

We work remotely as standard — not as a compromise but as a deliberate choice. It keeps our costs lean, which means better pricing for you, and it means our team can focus entirely on the technical work rather than commuting and office overhead.

Files are shared through your CDE, shared drives or direct transfer. We attend coordination meetings, clash review sessions and BIM workshops remotely where needed. Everything that matters gets done — just without the unnecessary on-site cost.

We are based in Dartford, Kent, and work with clients across London, the South East and the wider UK.
